Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total amount of the missed appointment. The cancellation/no show charge is waived if the Client has an acute or contagious illness upon the cancellation or if the weather is inclement causing potential safety concerns when driving. If by paying by check there are insufficient funds, the Client will pay in cash, the amount due plus a $35 bank fee. Paying online and refunds: Wix charges 2.9% + 30 cents of the amount per transaction. When a refund is requested, you will receive the total paid minus the 2.9%+30 cents. When paying in office at the time of service and using a credit card, a 5% processing charge will be incurred by the Client.
