SOMATIC PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy has it roots in the Greek language, psyche, meaning mind, soul or spirit. Somatic, derived from the Latin word Soma, relates to the body and of the body. All of these aspects of wholeness are inclusive as part of your wholeness and healing. Through the consciousness of the bodily senses as well as your intuitive and energetic awarenesses are how we move into and through that which is in the way of you being, you.

META TRACKING/BODY WORK
This energy work includes physical and non-physical touch in which you experience the forms and patterns of subtle energy throughout and around the body. As the patterns are mirrored to you and your body, self correcting begins. This process is very mindful, slow and methodic, needing a minimum of 80 minutes to address the entire body.
VIBRATIONAL THERAPY
Science shows that sound bathing can be beneficial with treating physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. But what is sound bathing exactly?
Through the use of crystal bowls, drums, gongs, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, singing, and chanting the sound waves “vibrate” or “massage” every cell within your body. The vibrations help release allostatic (built up) energy within organ systems of the body. One can experience myriad forms of release which often include laughter, anger, tears, joy, peace, and euphoria. Sound bathing can be beneficial with treating physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. This “non-invasive” approach to wellness is a magical tool offering access to emotional blocks that traditional methods can miss.
BREATH WORK
The practice of breathwork is rooted in the understanding that our breathing patterns are intimately connected to our emotions, thoughts, and overall health. By deliberately altering our breath, we can influence our nervous system, induce relaxation, reduce stress, and explore and process unresolved emotional experiences.

Breath-work in psychotherapy can help individuals access deeper levels of self-awareness, process trauma, reduce anxiety, increase vitality, and promote overall well-being. It is often used in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities and may be tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the client.
SHADOW WORK
What comes to your mind and emotions when you read the word "shadow?'
Shadow work refers to the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious or suppressed aspects of oneself. It is a psychological concept rooted in the work of Carl Jung, a renowned Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst.

The goal of shadow work is not to eradicate the shadow but rather to integrate and reconcile its contents into our conscious awareness. This process can lead to increased self-acceptance, authenticity, and personal growth, as well as a greater sense of wholeness and harmony within oneself. It is important to approach shadow work with self-compassion and to engage in it at a pace and level of intensity that feels comfortable and supportive for individual needs.
DREAM WORK
All of us dream. Do you consider yourself to be a vivid, lucid or pseudo-non-dreamer? To access dreams, we must first assess what are the obstacles to remembering dreams. Simple life choices such as using electronic devices late in the evening, caffeine, alcohol, and medications can interfere with REM sleep, causing us to have difficulty in accessing important communication that dreams offer us.

Dream analysis involves interpreting the content and symbolism of dreams to gain insight into one's emotions, thoughts, and unconscious mind. Dream analysis is based on the belief that dreams can provide valuable clues and messages about an individual's inner life and unresolved conflicts. Dreams often contain symbols, imagery, and narratives that represent unconscious desires, fears, conflicts, and wishes. By exploring and analyzing these elements, one can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their psychological processes.
