We are entering the time of the season when the invitation of the season's longest night calls us to be more inwardly focused. To savor the dropping into the heart of oneself; to honor the revaluing, restructuring, and repatterning of living our sacred truths; offering this inner wisdom to the sun's increasing flame of daylight. We are in the time to prepare for spring's manifestations of growth, renewal, and abundance.
Allow yourself this call through nature to become inwardly quiet and present - to practice the gentle holding of whatever arises from within, as though you were the gentle night yourself; quietly holding and ultimately allowing all of you; in mind, in body, in heart; in spirit. Welcome, Winter Solstice - may our hearts smile throughout this time as we honor the calling to journey within.
