Take a Sound Bath (Vibrational Therapy)

Science shows that sound bathing can be beneficial with treating physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. But what is sound bathing exactly?

Through crystal bowls, drums, gongs, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, singing, and chanting, the sound waves “vibrate” or “massage” every cell within your body. The vibrations help release allostatic (built-up) energy within the body's organ systems. One can experience myriad forms of release, often including laughter, anger, tears, joy, peace, and euphoria.


Sound bathing can be beneficial in treating physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. This “non-invasive” approach to wellness is a magical tool offering access to emotional blocks that traditional methods can miss.
